For Irwin his company's success can be measured by the enjoyment his employees have doing their work, the achievment of ISO 9001:2000 Certification for more than 21 years, and the long list of repeat customers who continue to bestow awards on Gould Fasteners for incredible service.

When not at the office, Irwin loves to play the banjo and is always challenging himself to learn ever more difficult songs. He is also a wiz in the kitchen and his staff love when he brings in some of his culinary creations for a pot luck lunch.

As our resident 'computer expert', Lourdes liaisons with the software developers and outside computer equipment services.

Lourdes relaxes from her hectic days at the office by doing yoga, cooking or going for a jog. She enjoys reading, especially Jodi Picoult novels, and is an avid gardner. Lourdes is the living incarnation of her personal motto that Life is better when you are laughing.

His attention to detail and excellence carries over into Steve’s other passions: sports and travel. Whether it’s football, ball hockey, ice hockey, soccer or baseball Steve participates with the same enthusiasm and focus that he applies to his work. When it’s time for a break and you happen to find yourself on the Portuguese island Madeira chances are you will cross paths with Steve as it’s his favorite vacation destination.

Rob also has vast experience with plating and is our in-house plating expert, ensuring that all plating is done to his exacting standards.

Rob makes beautiful wood furniture. When he's not reading woodworking or business journals you can find him out in the garden enjoying the challenge of getting his plants to flourish. His jovial manner landed him the role of Santa Clause - complete with red suit and white beard, at Gould's annual staff party.

Ed is responsible for keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently, adhering to his high standards of cleanliness and order. He supervises his highly trained team of Shippers, Receivers and Inspectors who work hard to maintain Gould Fasteners' excellent record of quality and on-time delivery.

Outside of work you can find Ed reading, especially socio-economic books, or pumping iron at the gym. Ed is an avid basketball fan, although we at Gould are still trying to convert him from the Spurs to the Raptors.
