Rivet Nuts
A rivet nut is a versatile threaded insert that can be used in blind or through applications to permanently fasten two or more pieces of material together while at the same time providing a strong reusable thread. This product is produced using state of the art cold forming technology, which provides very precise tolerances and excellent thread strength. Rivet nuts are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. They are available with a flat head, countersunk head, and a keyed countersunk head.

Designed for thin sheet applications, each insert is zinc plated with a passivated finish to ensure consistent placing and good corrosion resistance. The Thin Sheet Nutsert has a wide grip range and when placed it forms behind the sheet to provide good bearing area and grip.
